Did the hike over a month ago, but been lazy to got it. There was some snow on the trail, but I've been on the hike once more since then and all of it has since disappeared. I started the hike at Chula Vista Campground – which is at more than 8,000 feet elevation. So it was a bit chilly on the hike from the start – which was nice, especially given that my previous 2 hikes were done in scorching weather.

But, I still got unlucky with the weather – by the time I got to Pinos I started hearing a thunder and I saw a huge black cloud heading towards the mountain. I chose the move forward and made it to Sawmill peak, with the cloud following close by (as well as the constant sound of thunders). After it started drizzling while I was at the peak, I decided to not go for the 3-2-1 challenge, as I prefer not hiking through a potential thunderstorm.

I would say the hike was really enjoyable – you get some awesome views for very little effort. This has been probably the easiest hike from the challenge so far. However, when there's a black cloud with really loud thunders nearby, it's hard to truly enjoy the scenery and the hike.
