#6 Black Crater ✅ well that wraps up the Six Pack of Peaks Challenge for me! Thanks to Melissa Gomez for joining me, always nice to have great company & conversation the entire way up and down the summit! We hit the trailhead just after 10am, very windy once we reached the summit. Temps were perfect for running, but spent very little time up top in fear of practically being blown off the edge! We enjoyed fairly unobstructed views of Black Butte, Three Fingered Jack, Mount Washington, Mount Jefferson, Mount Hood to the North. To the South, we were able to appreciate North Sister, Middle Sister, and “just the tip” of South Sister beyond Broken Top!
