Very clean. Only saw two people on an early Saturday morning. As many other reviews mentioned the southern side of the loop is craggy and has many high step-ups if you decide to go counter clockwise. Decided to do it this way for some additional challenge, butI don't recommend it. Lol would not do again. Although will most definitely be back going clockwise.
