This was a new peak for my friend and I. We agreed to meet at 9:00 AM and he got the last remaining parking spot. I ended up having to park about a mile away and back track to the parking lot.

Putting that aside, the hike was beautiful and it gave my friend and I ample time to catch up on life. The hike was approx. 12-13 miles and there was only a small portion that felt hot due to the sun. Some of the trails were only one way due to COVID restrictions. We had a nice snack at the PG&E bench prior to making our way to the peak. It reminded me of “The Princess Bride” and was very beautiful. Will definitely do this hike again.
