A little warm in the beginning and end, but a nice hike overall. Lots of wildflowers and a cool breeze once on the ridge. The last piece to the summit was slightly tricky – take the second use trail on the left. The road is rough. We made it in a Toyota Sienna minivan with all terrain tires, but scraped a couple times.
