We took ski hut path form manker flats, a very steep path indeed. Did a good pace to the cabin, got even steeper after that, and pushed on to the summit. We were a bit worried about the temperature (projected wind chills of 18) but it really was great hiking weather, and once you got above the clouds at about 8000 feet in warmed, and the wind was not bad. Nice decent on Devils backbone. Loved the summit and the vistas on the way down
