Wasn’t expecting it to be a rainy one today, the hike started off fairly calm, (Although the mosquitoes were horrible) but on the way up was when the rain started pouring in. It was on and off pretty much the whole hike but still stayed consistently wet, but hey, that’s why you bring a rain jacket and a poncho with you.
Still managed to get some nice views despite the overcast, and thankfully there weren’t that many slippery rocks to traverse this time. At least not like the ones in the Welch-Dickey Loop Trail.
That crosses yet another peak off the list on my quest to conquer them all. Weather does seem to be improving, hoping to tackle the bigger ones this weekend. Until then, that’s 7 down, 4 to go!
