This was a great hike! It was a moderately warm day but we started early and had periods of intermittent shade. A couple of us got a few very painful stings/bites, which we think may have been biting flies.  Those made the hike less than perfect but other than that it was great! Enjoyed a beautiful 360 view at the summit where multiple trails converge including mountain bikers. Had a little lunch and headed back down. It wasn’t crowded but there were more people in the midday than the morning. The legs were sore at the end but the grade wasn’t so bad that we noticed the summit except for a few steeper spots. Will hike again!
