I don’t think I’ve ever seen Ice House Canyon so beautiful, fall foliage all over the place. As expected, and not my first, second or third climbing Cucamonga- it’s a climb. We didn’t get any views at the summit, but we enjoyed a nice hot cup of coffee and Cup-Noodles. Cloud coverage was amazing even if it obstructed the views of the city below.
Can’t say Cucamonga Peak is one of my favorites but somehow I keep coming back to it. Trail is well maintained – as always; no ice as of now. Just prepare for cold temps and high winds.
