I found the hike to be a good challenge in terms of the terrain and the incline. It was a little too warm, especially in the exposed areas of the trail but once we arrived at the peak, the views were more than rewarding. My friend and I felt challenged throughout the hike as we are working on improving our fitness level however it was fun struggling together. The views were absolutely breathtaking and we felt so accomplished when we reached the top. I can see why it is called the Half Dome of San Diego
