The first 2.5 miles are a steady incline but not hard, while the last mile is much steeper, but manageable. The length was closer to 7 miles than 6.7 and the road to get to the trailhead is partially unpaved and narrow, and parking can be tight if you do not show up early. Also an adventure pass is needed for this trail. The trail itself is very narrow and you are brushing against bushes most of the time. I personally got a gnarly scratch/bruise through my pants at one point. Also be careful of loose rock on your way down.
