The hardest part about this trail is getting to the trailhead and finding a place to park. Very remote and limited places to park! With that said, the hike itself is easy and enjoyable. I think anyone can do it, it is not very difficult or technical. Beautiful views, some pine tree groves, a tiny bit of rock climbing.
