The trail was fairly muddy due to the rain the day before but it was manageable. We started around 1:00 as it was fairly cold and we were waiting for it to warm up. It was about 48 degrees and slightly overcast but the views were still fantastic. There were some narrow sections through the bushes and small trees as well as some rocky sections that were a little tricky to navigate.
