This was a very pleasant and challenging hike.   I started my solo early (630a) and it took me about 8 hrs to complete, and there were plenty of friendly people on the trail!  It was actually quite cold for most of the hike, but warmed up on my way back down.  Rocky at times, but that made it interesting!
