Started the hike around 6 AM. The first part of the trail was gradual and alongside a river. Then about 2 miles in are switchbacks taking you up a good amount of elevation.
There's a nice open rest spot before you hit the trail again. Lots of moments of walking along flatter land and then hitting quite a few switchbacks. There was a bit of snow on the trail but nothing that was hard to cross. One area the snow cut the trail in two but was easy to hike up and gain access to the trail again.
GORGEOUS views at the top and you definitely feel accomplished once you get there.
