First time starting a hike at 4am! I had to admit I was a little nervous. I was with a friend but it was pitch dark. I forgot to bring my flashlight so I used my phone. Haha. It was a perfect time to start though. Round trip took us a little under 7 hours. If we started later, it would’ve been a little too hot for my liking. Luckily, the weather was perfect and a little overcast. Met some cool people at the top. Thank you, Tony, for handing out emergency blankets and whistles! Overall, was very pleased with this hike.
