Got to the Icehouse Canyon Trailhead at 715am. The parking lot was full. I had to park on the side of the road. I started my hike around 740am. There was as a lot of people. The weather was cloudy at first. There was a lot of water flowing in the creek. There were a few water crossings but it was easy to cross. My first stop was at the Icehouse Saddle. I had a snack and rested a bit. From the trailhead to the saddle there was mostly shade. From the saddle to the peak I was more exposed to the sun. Also there were a few patches of snow but they were easy to cross due to several people had left foot indentations. I just followed their footsteps, my hiking poles were helpful in keeping balance but not necessary. I reached the peak around 1120am. I enjoyed the view, had another snack and rested. I started to head back around 1220pm. On the way back it was bit hotter but going down hill made it easier for me. It was a great hike with an amazing views.
