6:30 start – (did this hike last year) up along the stream and past the cabins you go. you have the rock section then the uphill section. Nothing to difficult – did not take a break till the saddle at which point you are more then 1/2 way there. Then you go down before you go up again.Near the end it is a steady push for the peak. Great views with some smoke in the distance from the fire(s). It was 69 degrees @10:20am at the top. After a lunch break it was back down. It did get pretty warm in some section on the way down. It was not too long and then we were back at the saddle and then back were we started – it was 85 degrees in the Parking lot. Totals = 11.47mi in 6hr 20min.
