This was an afternoon hike. The parking lot was crowded due to an event taking place but there were a few spaces still available so I parked my car & after a few minutes I started up the hike. It was sunny & it was cold but I was appropriately layered up. There is no snow. There were lots of hikers heading back down that I met on the way up. I was slower than my usual self due to unexpected cramps in my calves but surprisingly I was still able to summit after 1.5 hours after leaving my car. I took photos & talked briefly with other hikers at the summit – one group of 3 guys and another group of 2 hikers. I headed down around 3 PM & made it back to my car about 1 hour & 5 minutes later. Going down was faster & even better, I had no more cramps. Second to the last peak done. One more peak left for this challenge.
