The drive up from seattle was foggy, and even saw some rain drops hit my windshield, so I was a little nervous as I was making the 2 hour drive over, but once I got far enough along in the hike, I noticed I had hiked above the clouds, and they were all below me – what a treat! And such a cool sight to see all the clouds below!

Went up the winter route, it was a real scramble, required microspikes/crampons and an ice axe wouldn't hurt still this late in June. You could do it with just trekking poles, if that's what you had.

The snow is really falling apart, and it's easy fall through onto rocks below and get banged up good, so it's pretty sketchy going up the winter route. Going down the summer route was uneventful and easy though.
