This was a tough hike. Not only were there lots of ups and downs, but it rained and hailed on us when we got to the summit. I think we would have enjoyed the hike more if we didn’t have to hike down the entire mountain soaking wet. We also didn’t know that the parking lot gate closed at 4:30 pm sharp (as the many signs posted on the trail state) so we were hiking as fast as we could to ensure that we would make it back in time. The trail got very muddy and slippery on places so trekking poles were helpful.
Visibility at the summit was low so I’m posting my all trials tracking as proof that we made it to the top.
