Amazing adventure! Rode the 8am tram up to the start and then began the hike from the tramway. The hike was pretty isolated and we only saw a few people the whole time. The trail was extremely snowy and almost impossible to follow. We followed as best we could by using the AllTrails map and the previous boot prints in the snow. Several times we opted to take a short cut directly uphill through the snow instead of the trail switchbacks. All in all, it was a fun adventure but a bit more than we anticipated. Very sunny and beautiful weather.
