When you hike this trail, you need to pick a cool day, start early and take lots of water. The trail is exposed to the sun the whole way. It’s a technical trail, in some areas I had to use my arms to pull myself up and brace myself when I was coming down. At the 1 1/2 mile mark, you start to go back down you’re still on the right trail. On the way down, look for the white lines. A couple of times I got off trail, the white lines are easy to see on the way up but difficult to see on the way down. Overall it was a beautiful hike!
