Beautiful day to FINALLY finish the New England Six Pack.  Got derailed the last few years, but feels good to put this one in the books.  Life is busy, but getting outdoors this season, this year ….. was good for the mind, body & soul.  Had knee problems from Hike 1 to Hike 6, but goal accomplished.

Love this hike up Greylock.  Some steep ascents, but free of a lot of hand over hand rock climbing like other Peaks.  Going down Thunderbolt is always a super fun time, as the first half is pretty steep with eyes on the footing going down.  Wouldn't want to go up that one…

Tower up top provides for more elevation and spectacular views.  Greylock is one of my favs up top, as you can see for miles on a clear day (which it was), and the maps of the surrounding area are always a well-deserved gift.

Not much else to say.  We made it.  We crushed it!  We had a ton of laughs, tons of fun.  Tons of hard work.  Until next year, Six Pack.  Until….
