Parking lot is on the east side of the road right after you enter the RLS park. It’s a small dirt lot. You will have to cross the busy road to get to the trailhead on the other side. There is no sign just a short set of stairs that lead up to the sign to start the trail. At mile 1 you will hit fire road. Take that all the way to the summit. The summit is where the tall tower with the ball/cell tower/small powerhouse is.
