-Challenging inclines 30-40 degrees at times.
-Best for cooler months
-Start early!
– Trail is marked very well. Some loose stones on some declines so be alert
– Be prepared do so some short simple rock climbing
– Bring hiking poles and a hat! I forgot my hat today and got a good face sun burn
– Best to go with friends
– I brought a lunch to eat at the summit and 5.5 liters total of water. I went through most of it!

– It's one of those hikes that you do once to say you did it.
– Nice views today with no bugs and a cool breeze!
I have to say this Mountain hike lives up to its status as the hardest hike in San Diego!

I totally agree with you on this one. I went with 2 other people and they were wiped by the end but we were all happy to have done it.
