Got to a late start but the weather was good. Early into the hike I came across some berries but I didn't have the knowledge to confirm whether they were ripe or not. The water near the junction for the Dry Lake and Dollar Lak Trails was flowing strong. Dry Lake wasn't dry, there was plenty of water. There was light rain on the switchbacks after the junction with Fish Creek trail and before the Divide Trail and I heard thunder and thought I would have to turn back. But the rain stopped and the skies cleared so I decided to continue to the Divide Trail and the summit. I had the summit all to myself. I stayed there for a while before hiking the Divide towards Dollar Lake Saddle. It was still daylight when I made it to Dollar Lake Saddle and started downhill. There were a few downed trees but the trees were easily either gone over or gone around. It was late night when I made it back to the car but it felt good.
