This is a great hike for those starting out with the SoCal challenge. It is easy enough to get you to the peak but not too easy that you’re bored. The last half mile is a scramble to the top and the mountain definitely makes you work for that view.

That view though!!! Absolutely amazing. We were able to see the ocean from where we were. Weather was great other than some showers right before the peak. The bugs were only slightly annoying but a bug net was definitely a lifesaver.

Would consider doing it again! 💕
