Completed this hike on a beautiful Thursday morning.Parking lot had 2 other cars in the lot because of it being a weekday, this would not be the case on the weekend. Started the hike at 7:12am and reached the summit by 10:00am on the dot. Apple Watch records the elevation gain at 2,527 ft in 4.53 miles. After 50 min at the top we started our descent and made it back to the parking lot at 12:42 pm. Going down is usually quicker and this was the case as we clocked a time of just 1 hour and 50 min coming down. Overall this hike is a great starter to get the legs back under you. It’s by no means east but it is one of the easier ones available in this challenge. The view at the top is worthy of your effort no doubt.
