Finally got a chance to hike another peak (its been 3 months since I hiked Sitton), and it was a great time!

I have to be honest: the threat of snow sort of had me nervous, so I bought a set of microspikes just in case – and I am extremely glad I did!

There is a section coming down frkm the peak that I saw multiple people slip on, so I knew id have a chance to try the spikes out. It was a small section, but the peace of mind tbw microspikes gave me was worth the carry-weight and price I paid for them!

From the trail, you can see other beautiful snowy peaks, and there are small stream throughout from snow -run-off.
