Started our hike early Sunday morning at 6am. Picked a perfect day for a hike beautiful weather. Towards the beginning you can hear the water stream as you start the climb up.

Bugs were buggin’ but the trail was fun going under trees and over rocks. The view at the top was amazing. The Sonic Cafe at the top was closed due to Covid-19. We took a few pictures at the top and then began our way down.

I thought coming down was going to be the easy part but it actually became the hardest part, feet started to hurt wearing hiking boots and it felt never ending.

Overall it was an amazing hike, one I can see myself doing again. I recommend this hike for adults but not kids lol
