I went at 6:23. It was misty when I started but the sun showed up during the decline back.  Impressed with how the trail was so well maintained. Super easy to navigate with lots of signage. I felt great the whole time. It wasn’t too crowded going up but going down I saw a lot of people coming up so lesson is go early to avoid crowds.  Hikers were pretty respectful for space and were friendly. I didn’t take a picture at potato chip rock. There were a lot of people there and I didn’t want to wait in line to take a photo. Or ask someone to take my photo. I guess I’ll do it when I come back with a companion.  Overall beautiful hike with the serene lake, amazing rock outcroppings and breathe taking views from above.
