Hiked from Fish Creek Trailhead starting Friday and camped at Fish Creek Saddle Camp. Made it to the trailhead with my 06 Tundra….2 wheel drive. Totally fine, but a high clearance vehicle is highly recommended.

My friend hiked up from South Fork Saturday morning and we summited in the afternoon.

One thing of note, roughly a mile from the top, a very long snow field covers the trail on the southwest side above the Tarn. Cut right and took a somewhat visible use trail to more or less just below the summit. Steep, but totally doable up and down and much safer than the ice.

Camped again that evening at the saddle and hiked out Sunday morning. It was a great and very easy trip!
