Arrive early ! Parking fills up quick

The hike starts off right away on at an incline. There is plenty of ground coverage, a bench at about a mile and half where you can take a break and take in the view and realize how quickly you gain elevation. There are some amazing views along the way. The views from the summit are amazing .
