Had a great hike up to Cucamonga Peak with my sister, son and daughter in law. It was a warm, beautiful day. We stopped at the saddle for a quick snack and headed up to the peak. I find going up and down rocky outcroppings scary, so this is not my favorite trail, as it seems to have many. The views are very lovely, with beautiful pine trees. The peak is nice, with much room for people to rest and refuel while enjoying the view of the valley below. I know everyone gets up on that rock for a pic, but not me, no way. I felt great on this hike, except for the sore feet from all the rocks in the canyon. It was a nice day spent with family.
