I'm dealing with the after-effects from COVID a couple of months ago so it was a slow meandering slog. The weather could not be more perfect on the way up with drizzle snd heavy cloud cover. It diminished the view, but that was a fine trade-off for no sun. On the way down the sun came out and so did the biting flies which were relentless even with bug spray. The views when the clouds parted were lovely. It was a long, strenuous, but rewarding climb. Definitely liked it more than El Cajon 😛
