The trail is gorgeous, with lots of greenery and wildflowers, and a seasonal stream running through at parts. There were a couple patches of mud, but with careful stepping we were able to avoid getting our shoes muddy. There are several stretches with lots of medium sized rocks that posed a bit of a slipping hazard, but we made it down without issue. Absolutely gorgeous views from the top! Definitely bring adequate food and water, I went through about 1.5 liters during the hike, but you would likely need more on a hot day. Be prepared for your toes, glutes, and calves to be sore for the next few days!
