As with all the 6 Pack hikes, our mileage was about a mile or so more than indicated. We landed at 19.8 miles in 11 hours for Gorgonio from Vivian. Racing sunset made for a rushed decent. I would def try doing it by end of September for a longer day and more breaks. Otherwise hike itself was very doable and apart from more mileage was not any more difficult than any other. Just keep in mind the first 1.5 miles is literally the steepest stretch!
