Started at 5:30am with a friend and her dog, we had planned on doing Torreys as well. By the time we made it to the top at 7:45, temperatures were freezing, there were big gusts of wind and clouds had limited visibility to 20 yards or so. My hiking partner was ready to quit and I wasn't too keen on continuing to Torreys Peak under those conditions, so we turned around. Grays Peak conquered, Torreys will have to wait.
