I started my hike around 6:30am. Cold morning. Parking lot was pretty empty and has a restroom.
A few creek crossings on wood laid across. Once I broke through the tree line, surrounding is so beautiful. There are several sections on the trail where you have to climb boulders and rocks.
My last 0.5 miles was a little scary, I was not prepared for the strong wind, hail and snow. I climbed over the first group of rocks, but I was worried that the weather would get worse, so I didn’t go further to the highest point. Also, the boulders and rocks on trails were faint from the beginning, I was worried that the trail will get covered by the snow, and I wouldn’t be able to find my way back. So I started my return hike as soon as my phone compass showed 14,000 ft elevation.
Trails were  getting covered pretty fast, I was glad I didn’t spend too much time on the top.
