Our  hike started from the parking lot. We walked almost 3/4 miles to get to the trail head. Then finally made it  the Trail Head/trash container guiding us to the trail.  Then we hiked to the the three trails signed. At first we kinah we’re not sure which trail to go; but we  saw  the MC signed to the right.  We follow the MC signed. The trail is nice and in good condition. Not a lot of bugs. The hard part is when we  get to all the rock trail. Some rocks was high for my leg  so luckily I have my hiking stick; so that help me to hiked up!  The  trail is beautiful and in good condition. I would consider  this hike a moderate and strenuous because of hiking on those rocks. As we get to the summit it was exciting to see the Half Dome. It was so serial. The elevation is not that bad. I just needed to take time. When we  made it  summit it was so amazing.  I was so taken back to see the beautiful mountains. The mountains was so Organic and totally spectacular.  The weather going to the summit was comfortable but by the time we made it to the parking lot the weather was 104 degree. Luckily we have plenty of fluid.
We started the hike at 6:40 am and we hiked 8 miles and finished the hiked  in 4 hours.  A bit tired because of the heat but I am so glad we did Corte Madera. It was so worth it. I would recommend to do this hike early in the Morning:  I would consider hiking Corte Madera again. ❣️🥾👍
