This year the Fourth of July holiday fell on a work day. So, like any other avid hiker, we opted to celebrate it the next day with a hike to San G via the South Fork Trailhead. Because most of our friends had been out late the night before there were just two of us willing to make the long trek. Weather was good, spirits high, and pictures on point. If you don’t have good pics to post, what’s the point right? This hike was good preparation for our Whitney excursion in September!
