Lots of sun and the first two miles were no joke. We got to the trail head early early early in the morning and had the whole trail to ourselves, it was not until we started out descent that we saw 1 other person on the trail.

The trail is in excellent condition and you really cannot get lost. I had cellphone service most of the way on the trail. The views were great, so I imagine this is a popular hiking spot. And and and.. Julian isn't too far from here. I mean after you have been on the road two-ish hours, what is a 30 minute drive to get and get some delicious freshly baked pie!
