We parked across a light brown building next to the trailhead around 7am. It was sunny, cold & very windy!! There were lots of ruts so be careful. We saw a little bit of snow a few miles in, but the further we climbed there was lots of snow! No spikes, it was easy enough to hike. The winds at the summit got up to 30mph!!!
