The last of this year's 6-Pack Challenge! Decided to do this early in the morning on the coolest day of the week. But the mountains were shrouded in low cloud which I presumed would burn off. But it didn't. So the strenuousness of the ascent was not rewarded by any panoramic views from the summit. At least the cool, cloudy conditions seemed to keep the bugs at bay; had no issues with them. The trail itself, except for the first two miles, is on a wide fire access road and is unremarkable. Sections near the top have been torn up by grading activity.
