This was a long and tough one. It took us about 11 hours in and out. There were a few spots where the trail is not clearly marked and is hard to follow. For any first-timers, a trail map app like AllTrails is a must. We saw a few deers on the trail which was nice. This was the perfect time to do this one. Not too cold, not too hot.

This was, so far, the toughest hike my friend and I have done so far. I heard San Gorgonio is a good gauge of your readiness for Mt Whitney. This hike made me realize I need to do a lot more training for Whitney because we had a hard time on this one. Still, very happy to call it done!
