Everything was perfect. I had enough water and snacks, I woke up well in the morning before the hike, had a solid breakfast, put on sunblock, but it was searing hot. The weather changes the difficulty of the hike drastically. Like always, I felt really good and accomplished after the long and hard ordeal, so it was definitely worth the effort.
