The sixth out of six was the absolute highlight. The hike is definitely rigorous and challenging – it is long, it is steep, but it is the most beautiful I have ever done. As it was our last one, we wanted to truly enjoy and appreciate it, so we decided to spend two nights at the half way camp, which turned out to be a good choice. The altitude was definitely taking a toll on us and again I would recommend to bring your trekking poles. If you have a water filter/filter bottle, you can refill your water at the Vivian creek all the way until high creek camp. The bugs are only an annoyance at the beginning and closer to the top, you will meet many cute, little chipmunks on your way to the peak. The breathtaking views and the fresh air are totally worth all the effort. Loved this challenge 🙌
