I started hiking late, but the weather was perfect. It was windy, and the mountain’s summit was cloudy. As I got closer, I saw the fog rolling down the hill. At first, I thought about turning back, but I quickly realized how refreshing the fog felt—almost like air conditioning. The breeze made the hike cooler and more enjoyable. The strong wind did make me a bit more cautious, but I didn’t rush. After passing through the foggy section, the sun broke through the clouds, warming my shoulders. The weather was ideal—not too hot, not too cold—and thankfully, there were no bugs. It was amazing!
The summit was clear, and I had it all to myself. The clouds in front of me blanketed the horizon like a soft cover draped over the landscape. On my way down, I saw three other hikers making their way up. Overall, it was an incredible hike. I loved every moment of it—the nature, the conditions—and I finished the day feeling completely recharged. I can’t wait to go back again someday!
