The first 2 miles were a pretty steep hike, but after that it leveled off and was much more enjoyable. Pretty much the entire trail was a dirt/gravel road, but it was an enjoyable hike nonetheless. There was a rock to climb at the top that made for amazing scenery! Overall it wasn't very crowded either, which was a nice change for a Sunday adventure. I highly recommend doing this hike!
